At Edinburgh Comic Con 2016 I had the pleasure of meeting the delightful Arti Shah, actress, corporate model, creature and motion capture performer.
In the latest Star Wars: The Force Awakens, she brought to life the character of Maz Kanata, as well as a Power Droid – Gonk, Gwellis Bagnoro and “The Fueller”. Another noteworthy role for Arti was to provide reference movement for Rocket Raccoon in Guardians of the Galaxy.
Join us as we discuss Maz Kanata’s funky glasses, bringing to life Rocket Raccoon, and dozing off as Arti, but waking up as a Goblin from Gringot’s bank.
