Director Justin Lin takes over from J.J. Abrams in the new instalment of Star Trek, “Star Trek Beyond”. The writers team comprises of Simon Pegg and Doug Jung.
The Star Trek movies have always been received with mix emotions – rumours of “Star Trek Beyond” being a space filler are already circulating on the net. However, far from us to judge a movie by hearsay – opinions as you know, can differ greatly.
And of course, there will be emotions running for the loss of Anton Yelchin, who played Pavel Chekov. He died on June 19, 2016, outside his LA home, struck by his rolling downhill Jeep Grand Cherokee. 2016 has not been kind to celebrities, as anyone who has followed the news will tell you.
